Do you deliver, or can I collect my order?

Yes — you can place an order for Delivery or Collection. Delivery fees and availability are shown at checkout.

Are the flowers exactly like the photos?

We always aim to match the style, colour palette, and value. Because flowers are seasonal and natural, there will be variation in bloom size, stem length, and how open the flowers are (for example, rose heads won’t all be identical).

We may also substitute blooms (or packaging) when needed to ensure freshness and availability — while keeping the overall look and value consistent.

If you have a strict colour preference, add a note at checkout or WhatsApp us before ordering.

Do you do same-day orders?

Sometimes — it depends on stock and capacity. For urgent or same-day requests, please WhatsApp us first so we can confirm availability.

Can I add a message card?

Yes — add your message during checkout (notes/message field). We’ll include it with your order.

How do payments work?

Payments on our website are processed securely via Yoco.

For your security, we do not store your card details on our servers.

How do I care for my flowers to make them last longer?
  • Trim stems at an angle and place in clean water as soon as possible.
  • Replace water every 1–2 days and rinse the vase regularly.
  • Keep away from direct sun, heaters, hot rooms, and ripening fruit.
  • Remove any leaves below the waterline.
  • Important: Avoid leaving flowers in a warm/hot car or without water for long periods — this can significantly shorten vase life.
Do you do weddings, funerals, and custom arrangements?

Yes — we do custom florals for weddings, funerals, events, and special requests. The best way is to contact us with your date, budget, and inspiration photos.

What if my order is incorrect or damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and photos (if applicable). We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

Can I cancel or change an order?

If we haven’t started preparing your order yet, we can usually help. Because flowers are perishable and many items are made-to-order, changes may not be possible last minute.
